吉祥寺の北側に新しくできた、SAPPADU RE ADY。期間限定でテイクアウト営業をしていたので、行ってみた！ステキなお店に期待大！チキンビリヤニをテイクアウト。めちゃくちゃ美味しい…ビリヤニって何となく主張が激し過ぎたりして、あまりハマらなかったけど、これは今迄のビリヤニとはひと味違う、かなり好みの味わい…テイクアウト終わっちゃったのが残念だなぁ…またお店に食べに行こう…

炭焼き準備を終える

この日も土曜日から始まる炭焼きの準備を続ける。もう正月気分はとっくに吹っ飛んでいる。まず七輪で窯を暖め、乾燥させ、炭焼き2回分の窯木を太さごとに仕分けをし、本数をカウントする。第1回目の窯には約440本の窯木を準備できた。また１回の炭焼きで使う「バイタ」80束も2回分準備し、２年以上乾燥した薪も同じく十分確保できている。窯の遮蔽に使うために採取した土塊を篩（ふるい）にかけ、粘土を用意。寸法や...
