明日のレースに備えて

昨日は飲みすぎてしまい、夕方からRUNになってしまいました。明日のレースに備えて、テンポネクストを履いて走りました。やっぱり弾む感覚が違い、意識していなくてもどんどん前に進む感じ。前ももが重くなる感じもそれ程ないし、距離を踏んでもまだまだイケる感じ。明日は初トラック（駒沢公園陸上競技場）で5000ｍを2本走ります。どんなタイムが出せるか楽しみです。30:036.96km4:19/km
